Each service category was clearly differentiated while maintaining a cohesive narrative — balancing architectural leadership with full-service team capabilities. Strict RFQ compliance was prioritized without sacrificing presentation quality, with intentional content hierarchy designed to help reviewers navigate quickly, understand qualifications, and identify relevant experience with ease.

Execution

A landscape layout was intentionally selected to optimize content distribution, improve readability, and allow for more dynamic presentation of information, including side-by-side comparisons across service categories. The proposal was structured by category to clearly communicate scope and expertise, ensuring alignment with the client’s needs and simplifying the review process. Custom infographics were developed to translate complex information into clear, digestible visuals, highlighting key qualifications and strengthening overall engagement. Careful attention was given to RFQ compliance, ensuring all required elements were addressed while maintaining a cohesive, polished, and easy-to-follow document.
